Website/Member Portal FAQ

1. I have never logged in to the TBA Member Portal before.

It is likely that you still need to create your log-in for the TBA Member Portal. After your membership is approved, you should have received an email with the subject line “Theatre Bay Area Account Creation Link”. If the link is expired, please reach out the us at TBA@TheatreBayArea.org and one of our staff will send you a fresh link.

2. I forgot my password or username.

Click the “Forgot your username or password?” link on the log-in screen. This will generate a password reset link and send it to your email.

3. I clicked the link to reset my password but never received a link in my email.

There are two possible solutions to this problem.

  1. It may be that you still need to create your account, if you haven’t set up a username and password, the system will not be able to generate a password reset link for you. If this happens, please reach out the us at TBA@TheatreBayArea.org and one of our staff will send you a fresh link to create your log-in.
  2. Your email server may be blocking messages from TBA. We recommend adding TBA@TheatreBayArea.org to your known senders or contacts list to ensure you never miss an update from us.

4. I enter my username and password, but the page doesn’t refresh.

This is likely an issue with your internet browser, we recommend clearing your cache and trying to log in again.

5. I am trying to reset my password, but the website won’t accept the answer to my security question.
