Our membership tiers are divided into two main categories: For Audiences and For Theatemakers.

For Audiences

This membership is for all theatre lovers who are looking to connect with the Bay Area's vibrant theatre scene. With access to weekly show recommendations, exclusive opportunities to enter ticket giveaways, and in-person and online space to connect with other theatregoers, TBA's Audience Membership is the perfect way to level up your theatre going.

For Theatremakers

These memberships are designed to support individuals and organizations working in theatre in the Bay Area! Check out our different tiers below to see which membership option is best for you.

Individual Memberships

Our Free Individual Membership and Premium Individual Membership are designed for individual theatre artists and workers. If you are looking to connect with the Theatre Bay Area community as an individual, these are the memberships for you. Actors, Directors, Designers, Technicians, and Stage Managers are some of the disciplines we see get the most value out of an Individual Membership.

Organizational Memberships

Associate Company

This membership is intended for non-theatre producing companies that are interested in connecting with the Theatre Bay Area community. Photographers, theatre supply companies, training programs, and coaches are some of the businesses we see get the most value out of an Associate Membership.

Producing Company

This membership is intended for theatre producing organizations, individual producers, and producing collectives. With a pricing model that is tiered based on annual budget size and nonprofit status, the Company Membership is accessible regardless of size. Company Members have exclusive access to listings on our audience facing platforms. Our Company Members reflect the full spectrum of theatre companies across 11 counties in the Bay Area and beyond!
