Congratulations, TBA Awards Finalists!

Please read the following carefully. It contains instructions for your participation in the second annual TBA Awards Celebration. This includes info we need from you, how to reserve your ceremony tickets, and what to do on the day of the event. 

About the 2015 TBA Awards Celebration

Date/time: Monday, November 16, 7:00 p.m. 

Venue: A.C.T.’s Geary Theater, 405 Geary Street, San Francisco

After-party: There will be an after-party immediately following the ceremony at PianoFight (144 Taylor St., SF). The after-party is free to attend; food will be available for purchase. Note: PianoFight's capacity is only 450 people; the Geary Theater seats 1000. After-party entry will be on a first-come, first-admitted basis. 

Attire: This will be a heavily photographed event. Fabulous attire is recommended!


Step 1: Send TBA Your Contact Info Right Away!

TBA does not have all finalists’ contact information. Please email tba@theatrebayarea.org your contact info right away - make sure you do not miss important information leading up to the event!

Using the subject line “TBA Award Finalist Information,” please send:
• Name
• Preferred phone number
• Preferred email address
• Mailing address (if you can’t make the ceremony, we can mail you your award!) 

We will need to stay in direct contact with you leading up to the big day - watch for important emails from TBA and from the organization that produced the show for which you are a finalist!


Step 2: Reserve Your Tickets to the 2015 TBA Awards Celebration!

Standard Single Tickets*

Premier Orchestra: $130
Orchestra: $95
Side Orchestra: $75
Premier Mezzanine: $75
Mezzanine: $60
Balcony: $35

Finalist Single Tickets*

TBA Awards Finalists receive a credit for $35 off any single ticket. 

Finalist ticket prices (after credit):
Premier Orchestra: $95
Orchestra: $60
Side Orchestra: $40
Premier Mezzanine: $40
Mezzanine: $25
Balcony: $0


*A $4 facility fee will be added to each ticket.


How to Reserve Your Tickets 

For the best seats, reserve your ticket ASAP! 

• Finalists must call the A.C.T. Box Office at (415) 749-2228. Finalist tickets cannot be purchased through the A.C.T. or TBA websites
• Notify the box office staff that you are a 2015 TBA Awards Finalist and you want to reserve your ticket for the TBA Awards Celebration. 
• Once the box office has verified your finalist status, you may request single tickets or specify the group you would like to sit with. 


Step 3: Prepare for the Ceremony and Watch Your Inbox!

• Finalist information email: A few days before the ceremony, you will receive an email with all of your finalist information attached. This will include key information on where to sign in, where to go next, when to be ready backstage, what to expect and more on the night of the event. Please read these instructions before you arrive at the event. 

• Tech rehearsal: A tech rehearsal will be held prior to the ceremony on Nov. 16, from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Please plan to attend.

• Check-in: On the night of the event, there will be a check-in table for finalists. Please check in immediately upon your arrival at the Geary. The check-in staff will be able to answer any last-minute questions you have.
