The Program:

The Cultural Leadership Training Intensive is the culmination of a year-long initiative, supported in part by the NEA and designed to equip Bay Area theatre and arts administrators to advance their own professional development and equip them to shepherd their organizations to greater artistic success and social impact. The Intensive is specifically targeted to meet the needs of leaders of mid-sized and small organizations and emerging leaders from larger budget organizations. The curriculum and trainers will guide participants through a comprehensive series of classes that speak to the key challenges facing today’s Bay Area arts leaders.

Sign up for the series and receive a multi-faceted overview of the essentials of theatre leadership. Or select a specific class or two and drop in for a deep dive into a chosen topic.

Entire Series: $200 TBA members, $250 nonmembers
