Theatre Bay Area’s Mentorship program for our Company Members
Building a stronger performing arts community, one relationship at a time.
We are pleased to announce the third round of Theatre Bay Area’s Mentorship Program. TBA is looking for a staff member from a member theatre or dance company who would like to be mentored for a year by a more veteran individual from another member organization. Staff members from midsize companies are encouraged to apply. The participants will need to be able to commit to meeting with their mentor once a month for a couple of hours beginning in late January and complete an evaluation of the process at the end of the year.
We will match mentees with mentors from the theatre community. The list of mentors will not be made public until their selections have been made. Selection is based upon eligibility and availability, but the final decision will be up to the mentors themselves, so it is really important to let them know about you, your company and your work in this application.
DEADLINE: Postmarked by December 10, 2007
In this round, we hope to match 10 pairs. Selections will be made and candidates will be notified in January 2008.

Requirements
Your company must have:
- A current Theatre Bay Area company membership.
- Produced at least three productions in the past three years.
- A staff member (Mentee) willing to commit to a mentorship for 12 months.
