Bree Hylkema of San Francisco will design costumes for Crowded Fire Theater Company’s production of Christine Evans’s Slow Falling Bird.

Technician
Cameron Fabrick of Sunnyvale will work as a production manager for Renegade Theatre Experiment.

2004 Recipients

Designers
Yvette Janine Jackson, of San Francisco, for a mentorship with Erik Ian Walker focusing on sound design for a show at the Exit Theatre.

Aiyana Trotter, of Oakland, for an internship with ShadowLight Productions and a collaboration with the San Francisco Ethnic Dance Festival.

Technician
Heath Beldon, of San Francisco, for a position as stage manager for Hillbarn Theatre’s production of Hello, Dolly!

2003 Recipients

Designers
Michael Burg, of San Francisco, for First Seen’s production of Trucker Rhapsody. Michael has been working part-time as a set designer for approximately six years for such companies as Class Act Theatre, Angst Ensemble and FoolsFury.

Renee Walker, also of San Francisco, as costume designer for two Word for Word productions. She has previously designed with Traveling Jewish Theatre, Black Artist Contemporary Cultural Experience and Cultural Odyssey.

Technician
Kimberely Hodge, of Palo Alto, as an apprentice with TheatreWorks’ costume director T.J. Wilcock. She will be a cutter-draper for three TheatreWorks productions: Memphis, All My Sons and My Antonia.
