Stephen Belber's three-character play, which was made into a movie by Richard Linklater, occurs entirely inside a motel room. There, documentary filmmaker Jon reminisces about the past with his party-animal friend Vince, who at one point admits to a possible date rape of his ex-girlfriend Amy. When Amy shows up, the conversation gets even more heated.
